    I live almost six hours away in Louisiana. I chose this dealership because of mostly good ratings (on google) and primarily because of the boat color scheme (Skeeter ZXR 21 option 8) . They gave me a fair price on my trade and the new boat plus some additional options at a reasonable sale price. Initially there was a mostly good interaction with the dealership. However, the day I drove there to pick up the boat I was informed when I got there they wouldn't be able to register the boat in my home state (I'm military). No big deal i scrambled and was able to leave with the boat. Eight weeks later I get a phone call saying that my paperwork hasn't been done and they may not be able to register it on Louisiana. Again, I scrambled. I'm originally from TX so I had them just register it there. On the same day I purchased the boat I purchased the matching boat cover ($1400). That was March 2nd. I'm writing this on May 11 and there is still no boat cover. After getting the dealer to call Skeeter and find out about my boat cover, Yowell's did not place the order with Skeeter until April 20th. Initially I was told it would be a six week wait. As of this writing there is no ETA on the boat cover. After I got the boat home and out on the lake there were a few manufacturer/dealer defects. The bilge pump was full of fiber glass and filled the boat with water up to the console. Because the plug did not seat properly. The trolling motors wires were misrouted. The trolling motor pedal was not screwed down. The front electronics were not plugged in. Fortunately, this was covered under the Skeeter warranty and all was taken care at a shop closer to home. It is my opinion that this dealer is ok at selling the boat but customer care after the sale is virtually non-existent. I will update this as the situation continues.
