        Very displeased with Rhema Medical, Inc! I have had an oxygen unit since 2020. Our account has been incorrect for almost the entire time! Have called in several times over the months to get this issue resolved. I’m always told that everything is in order. Come to find out IT IS NOT. Asked for statement each month and am told it was forthcoming. Not so. I’m going to make one more effort to speak to someone who can resolve this problem. I’m extremely frustrated.

        Like most companies they are short staffed and calling in takes time. However I drove over and was met by a wonderful staff that resuplied my wifes oxygen quickly with no issues. Very friendly and helpful.
