        Dropped off a tractor for 4x4 repair, oil change and secure a loose hydro line. After paying the $7k in repairs loading on trailer I noticed hydro line was not done. I informed the service rep and also wanted to confirm oil change was done. It was not. I waited for them to change the oil and repair Hydro line. Once again, Was given the keys and went to load on trailer and noticed Hydro line was STILL not touched. Mind blown I could not wait another 2 hours and asked if they could just deliver once completed. I was told (while he was sucking on a lolly pop) not a problem. Its been 2days, and no tractor. Called and spoke with service manager, he said he doesnt know why the rep would tell me that because he does not have authority to dispatch logistics delivery. Lol. #Oversold and unprovided #Poor & lazy customer service
