Cant meet a deadline. Cant correct defects in a timely manner. Poor quality, terrible trades. Not trustworthy or honest
Will trade out expensive items for lesser when he runs into an issue rather than solve the problem
Run from this Builder. He is not any thing close to a custom home builder

John Garret is an exceptional home builder. His attention to detail in construction is thorough and his quality of work is hard to find in today's housing market. Plat Circle Homes and builder John Garrett recently finished construction of our beautiful new home. We had the opportunity to meet with John on several occasions and look at three of his previously built homes. In addition, we received an enthusiastic recommendation from a close friend that contracted Plat Circle to build their beautiful custom home. We were convinced that Plat Circle Homes was the builder for us. Approximately a year later, I am pleased to say that it was a great experience! John Garrett, Plat Circle Homes, built our home and he was an incredible partner. He was patient with all of our questions and he was very knowledgeable. We built our home recently and with the increase in cost, it was a little tough, but Mr. Garrett continued to work to find us the best prices and helped us to save money where we could.
