Jack in the Box

I went in the restaurant to place and pick up my order. The restaurant was very dirty.There was no one dining at the time but most of the tables were dirty and the floor was the same.

2 words to describe this place... SCREW UPS!!!! As they are cooking they let you sit inline forever until they decide it's convenient for them to ask what you want. And then to top it off they got my order wrong and didn't put in napkins in my sack. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK ETHIC.

Wow, seriously VA Jack? I was literally waiting for 25 minutes at the screen you order at and waited and waited for the three cars to leave so I could leave. Just wanted two tacos; unacceptable when you cannot staff your restaurant accordingly and consistently have issues and being under staffed. Everyone that was there in line had to safely reverse out of this parking lot. Please, get it together.

Just left Jack in the Box and had a good experience. This was our 3rd fast food stop in the last hour because everywhere else decided to close early. There was an older man named Kevin working and he was amazing! He was very kind and he took his time to double check our bag to make sure everything was there. He already put hot sauce and ketchup in the bag before we even asked. Kevin had a great attitude, wish more people were like him.

Very disappointed. Got a SW Grilled Chicken salad 2 days ago and Lettuce was somewhat brown. Thought it might be a one time thing and had hubby pick me another today. Lettuce was mostly brown so I just ate the beans, corn and chicken. While he enjoyed his chicken sandwich and shake, doubt we'll return.
