    I have used Angel Breeze on two occasions and am pleased with their service. They replaced the screen on my iPhone when it was acting up. That was over a year ago and it is still working perfectly. They replaced the battery in my iPhone yesterday; however, the new battery was defective and would not charge. I brought it back in today and they replaced it and also provided me with a new screen protector and cleaned my phone for my troubles. They have saved me from spending additional money on a new phone And I will use them again if needed.

    Just wait and have it done somewhere else. Unless, of course, you like the rare combination of poor workmanship and poorer customer service. BACKSTORY, needed a new Iwatch 5S 44mm screen because mine was cracked. The watch components worked perfectly verified through my app. So I took it here, bad idea. First issue price point: I was quoted $185 over the phone $200 in store and charged $225 when I picked it up (Red Flag, they charge you to use a bank card). 8 days later screen goes black, I took the watch back. They told me it has water damage and will not warranty the product, to be fair, I did wash dishes. They WILL NOT tell you that the product will NO longer be water/resistant before the work is done, they wait until you pay. I was told by the owner that I shouldve asked about water resistants before I agreed to change the screen, thats its not something they disclose. Now my watch is completely broken, components and all thanks to their poor workmanship. They also attempted to give me my watch back unsealed (the face was coming off) The owner was there and chose not to approach me, which didnt surprise me due to the owners previous and continued shady actions. I wish I could give this business zero stars. The photo is my receipt.

    Nice people but they dont back up their products. Bought an Apple iPhone charger and it separated the next day. Id been hospitalized for sepsis and couldnt return it until I was released 6 days later. They refused the return. I blew $27 for nothing. I will never return there and will do my best to discourage others. Theyre a rip-off establishment!

Mr Aviles,,We are glad you posted a picture of our disclaimer, as it CLEARLY STATES, (anybody who wants to read it click on the pic customer posted himself) AngelBreeze Cellular Repair is NOT responsible for accidental water liquid damage to devices after repair". So yes we do have this in writing So your post shows that you do show the disclaimer but fail to actually read it. On the other hand as for poor workmanship, we clearly gave you a working watch that worked perfectly fine until you decided to put the device under water, we are sorry that you feel and get real mad in the fact the we should be responsible for repairing your watch for free after you did the damage yourself, making somebody else responsible for your own actions is clearly immature and show your lack of character and on top of that posting this review to get people to make it seem like if its OUR BAD as a company and stating poor this and poor that about us just because your angry at the fact of your error is just poor judgement on your behalf, And as the owner, I did speak clearly to you but you wouldn't have it in your mind it was our fault. So i wont speak to foolish people.

Mrs Powell, unfortunetly the cable was ripped, this happens when customers pull thier phones off the charger, this product would not get accepted as defective because of this, im sorry you had this experience, but thanks for the nice people gesture , we do the best we can with everyone but we are also honest with our customers, Thanks again!
