        I emailed East Texas Trophies with the names of the awards we wanted to give away at our company holiday party. They took the idea and ran with it! The trophies were so unique and fun, and they communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend! Special shout out to Josh! Thank you!

        I've tried to use this establishment twice because I do like to support local business. Both times have left me disappointed. The most recent was when I called them first to ask if they could do a certain print on tiles and when I got there they said they could not do it after telling me on the phone that they could. Such a waste of my time.

        Took two knives to be engraved both were done wrong. The spacing was also off. I told the gentleman there and he said he would give me a discount. So instead of charging me $50. He charged me $42. Needless to say I won’t be back
