I am a first-time home-buyer and I am 110% thankful I decided to go with Sherry Paull from Guild Mortgage. She will ensure she goes through every option to work with you. Very prompt at answering questions (even if they may seem redundant or stupid) and always great professional treatment. I was really nervous about the home buying process but it was really easy. I will be recommending to my friends and family in the area if they ever need a mortgage. Also to note: they are a great mortgage lender for grant programs. They have a rather large variety of different grant programs available. If you're on the fence about not being able to make a down payment, I strongly suggest you still give Ms. Paull a call and see what might be out there for you. I am getting a great interest rate, my monthly payment (including escrow) is only $40 a month more than my 2-bedroom apartment, and I didn't have to put anything down out of pocket. You never know what options may be available to you unless you ask!

Sherry always answers any question I have about the mortgage process and what is needed to buy or refinance a home. Any time I call her or email her I receive a prompt response. I feel like she always has my best interests in mind.
