Poor service. I have communicated for a WHOLE year about a wheel chair and hospital bed that is broke. we are still being charged a monthly rental, but it was never replace. I have asked 3 times for them to pick it up and when I saw my bill last month still charged. This should be against the law. Forced to sleep in a bed that does not function , lift up and down had a tendency to just fall while you are laying in it and yet insurance being charged

This company is horrible. I called to have the arm rest on my husbands chair repaired and was given the 3rd degree by office staff. I was asked quote "Is there a reason he keeps breaking his arm rest because we have had to repair it several times" like he is some kind of criminal instead of a man in a wheel chair that is paralyzed on one side of his body. I am just dumbstruck by the audacity of the staff at this company. He is in the wheel chair 16 hours a day so there is going to be wear and tear. I will never recommend anyone use this place. They are rude and callous and uncaring.

This company doesn't even rate ONE STAR. Due to their lack of interest in the paperwork needed to get my power chair... I waited 8 months for it and broke my back in a fall while waiting. That was 3.5 yrs ago. I am told they have to be the ones working on the chair since I bought it there. Everytime it needs repair I wait months to get it back. It has been 3 months since they took it this time and I am STILL WAITING. They claim it is the dr's office but I am telling you they don't know their butt from a hole in the wall. Also they sent a contractor to put in a handi cap shower. The thing was nasty from day one... now the grout is out of it and rotting my sub floor and I have been waiting for them to make it right for 1.5 yrs!!! And forget the government appointed insurance company making they fix it. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY from these jokers. Who have blamed my dr to lack of staff to GOD for their screw ups. I can't wait to be eligible for another power chair. It sure won't be from THEM!

My mom has been waiting over a month for a scooter.No one is ever available to talk to her..always on lunch or just don't answer the phone.
