Mammogram was supposed to be covered by insurance as yearly wellness exam. Gave my info in advance. I was 7 days off on the 1 year period and my claim was denied. For 7 days!!!! I asked if I could do the cash price then since it was not covered after they failed to check on the dates. They refused. So really, they say such procedure really cost them $200 (cash price) but they charge insurance companies $1,050 for it. And if the company doesn't cover it, they still want to charge you insurance rate! It's so unethical! I will NEVER go through them again and will make sure to personally tell everyone I know to stay away from this business! Now that I read other reviews, it seems that it's a recurring issue with this place!

I had the worst experience ever! I was quoted a price for an ultrasound guided biospy. They biopsied the completely wrong area and was on the wrong side of the breast. She put a clip and everything in and it wasn't even the correct spot. Then had me stay and wait so they could biopsy the correct area on the opposite side of the breast. This time they used the stereotactic approach. I was not completely numb and the pain was terrible. Then after all that, the clip was not even placed at all in the supposed "correct" spot. They did several views trying to find the clip that was never even placed, which involved more painful imaging due to both sides of my breast being traumatized and hurting. I had to take off work and use my personal time for an appointment that should have taken 30min- 1 hour and instead took over 4 hours. To add insult to injury, I am responsible to pay almost $3,000 out of pocket for this whole mess. Terrible place. Will not go back!!!
