Poor choice of a jeweler, terrible service. Ring was 3 weeks late even after purchasing express shipping, order was wrong 3 times even though I received calls claiming it was perfect and passed inspection. Don't waste your time guys, trust me. Let alone my refund they gave me has completely put my card on hold and has been a battle between Gordon's and my cardholder for over a month now. Again, worst service ever

My son who is 19 and in the MILITARY was acused of stealing a ring and humiliated by the staff. After they put him through the theft procedure required by their company they rudely dismissed him. On his way home an employee called my son and told him they found the ring and they are sorry. What kind of miserable oriention are Gordon employees subjected to for such retarded treatment? This by no means is over. Period! They don't even deserve 1 star.
