This is the worst care we have had, my husband Tom is terminal with PSP , and because we were in a car wreck and we ask if we could get a primary care doctor to take care of those needs not connected with his PSP , they determined they would drop him in 5 days , when we went to get a new carrier they had written that he was not terminal in 6 months . They left him on very high doses of medicine and no way to continue to get his meds . If he dies because of withdraw from the meds we are going to file suit.Latorya spoke to me very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all they are supposed to make this better on him while he dies and all they have done is switch nurses 5 times in these months and continues to mess up his mess everything they change nurse's. Now this

My Mom was a dementia patience at Oakhills Memory Care in Tyler. I know for a fact that I couldnt have had better caring people helping me care for her. She passed in early Oct. 2023. The degree of compassion, love and dignity they all showed my Mom was very much appreciated by all her loved ones. Thank you very much for your help!

The magnificent care our family received started from the very first encounter with Heart to Heart. They truly are there for not only the patient but the patients family every step of the way. With so much going on the help and or resources they provide make this time a little more bearable. From the beginning they seem more like family friends than hospice providers which is so comforting. No wants to need the services of a hospice company but if the occasion arises Heart to Heart is definitely the best choice!
