The staff from the front desk to the nurse that was assigned to my friend, have been amazing with questions and care. The difficult paperwork was explained in detail and I felt at ease.
The LMSW social worker, Sheila was a lifeline for me during this Journey.
Robin, the marketing manager, had been a professional acquaintance for the last 5 years. She was wonderful with the difficult decision, making the process working with me step by step.
Hospice is for the living as well as the patient with compassion and patience at such an overwhelming and difficult time.
I can not say enough about this company as a whole.
If I left an employee out, forgive me, COVID is a stumbling block for anyone on Hospice in a facility, and the information pathway has been Fantastic! I’m speaking of the aides , On call nursing staff and support staff.
Please consider this awesome company for your family services if needed.
They worked very diligently to preserve my Friends’ dignity and comfort for her Journey preparation.
