        Very friendly employees, more than willing to stop what they are doing to answer a question. Went in for some groceries and sundries and walked out with everything I was looking for. They even made sure I knew about coupons I could use to save even more money on some items! Calm and peaceful atmosphere to shop and plenty of variety to compare prices. I have made Brookshires a regular weekend stop for years and definitely will continue doing so

        My mother ordered chicken yesterday to be ready today by 4 pm. We went in at 4, it was not ready. They had to make it right there & it took 30 minutes. We were late to our dinner event. It was only 2 boxes of chicken. We are very disappointed. The manager would not discount the chicken. Not the way to run a business. We do not believe we can rely on yall anymore for our chicken orders. This is not the first time.

        Today we had a difficult time finding Manwich at the Rice Rd location but the employee who works in the meat section today took the time to help us find it.
