        Made a reservation on Sunday to pick up my rental. Login with my smartphone and the screen was stuck on the awaiting approval process for 40 minutes. Called U-Haul main office but one one is picking up. There is glitch with their smartphone pick up service. DO NOT USE IT! End up leaving the location with no rental truck and ruined my move!!!
