*****Update 4/4/24***** I finally received a paper invoice & as many previous reviewers have said my insurance was NOT billed even though SOLIS was provided current insurance info on date of service. Additionally I was billed for the upgraded predictive mamo even though I had declined that service. When I called Rose Imaging their customer service was also disappointing. I alerted "Elliot" that I declined the upgraded mamo & I had to provide my insurance again as he said they didn't have it on file. When he submitted claim he did NOT remove the upgrade charge. When I called him on it he said "Oh he would have to submit that to "review team" I think it's fraud & a way to generate additional revenue if patients don't dispute the charge. I will not use SOLIS again because of this. ****Update**** 3/14/24 I received a text from Rose Imaging Specialists & knew I hadn't had any imaging done recently except my yearly routine mammogram at SOLIS. I thought the text was sketchy didn't open it & went to Google to research Rose Imaging Specialists. I found out SOLIS now has contracted them to do their billing. I knew this bill was bogus as my routine mammograms are 100% covered. According to the Google reviews Rose Imaging erroneously billing patients is standard protocol as this has been going on for nearly a year. If you read Rose Imaging responses to the negative reviews it's always the same & yet this problem persists. Unfortunately even though my SOLIS location is wonderful & I've recommended them I will not be using them again unless Google reviews show a real improvement in this issue. Patients shouldn't have to deal with this internal administrative problem. ********Solis mammography is a 5 Star facility! I have always been treated with upmost respect & dignity. From the receptionist to the technicians they are all first rate. The facility is comfortable~ clean~well decorated ~ the music is reminiscent of a spa. I have also had a bone density test there. I found out today that they do interventional testing like biopsies. They make the contrast of having a test done in a hospital vs Solis ~ like comparing visiting Yosemite National Park & visiting Kabul Afghanistan during the US pull out in August 2021. You won't be disappointed.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable which made the visit very efficient. I will definitely come back.
