I highly recommend Charles and his team to install your Christmas lights! He communicates with you well ahead of time, arrives when he says he will, and, more importantly, he will make SURE you are satisfied and happy with your installation! He took the time to talk with me about a decision, truly taking into account my feelings and hopes about how our lights would look. Then, when he ordered special light strands to meet my wishes, and they didn’t turn out exactly like I wanted, he did not let me pay him for them, promising to get started earlier next year to order ones like I’m wishing for. Yet he still made a special trip out to install them on 3 trees and we have gotten to enjoy having those lights up this Christmas. It is hard to find great customer service like this these days, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you, Extraordinary Lights, and Merry Christmas!!! 🎄😃❤️❄️🙏🏼
