        Horrible experience, will never get my business again. Was moving out of our apartment in January of 2021 and tried to cancel my renters insurance they said that we was unable to cancel it because it had renewed so was paying it till September every month even though not living there till I called and told them that we have been paying for a place that we haven’t even been living at. The lady Rosa told me we should get a refund. So they ask for proof that we have not been living there so I sent proof. Then tells me because the account is under only my wife’s name and not under my name which after we moved changed insurance’s that its not enough proof to get a refund.
