Pat Salvo - State Farm Insurance Agent

I cancelled my policy in October because I found a better rate and Pierce (Fernando Pena) took the call himself and said he would take care of it for me. Well here it is well into December and I just got a text from the Agent pat Salco State Farm that I have a balance of $40 and my policy is about to cancel. So what exactly is the office manager good for if he cant even do a simple request like this? Maybe I wouldnt have written this review if it had gotten done properly. A note to those reading this, find another agent or another brand!

Best service out there. I was involved in an accident that was not my fault and the driver was under-insured. The process was stressful during the holidays and dealing with the other insurance company but Pat himself helped me and walked me through each step and kept me updated. The team he has in his office is also very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have had a bad experience with other agency’s, give Pat and his team a call, they will take good care of you.

I called Pat Salvo when I needed a change with my auto and home insurance. He gave me a quick quote and was very detailed in everything that was being covered. Since I have decided to go with State Farm I have had to call Pat's office a couple times and have always gotten a quick response to my questions and all of his employees have been very helpful. I highly recommend giving him a call to get you covered.

Needed a quick quote on Saturday afternoon. Pat quickly replied requesting information, stopped what he was doing and provided a quote and signed up.
