Empire at Fairway Farms

They built a home for us exactly as we requested, made all necessary changes that we requested and when ever there was a problem or something that we thought should be different Empire always fell on the side of the homowner. There sales staff does everything to assist the homebuyer even after you move in. Courtney the sales a representative presenty at the model home still invites us to socia events and assist us with issues wit repair, HOA situations that arise. Overall it's a nice place to live.

We love our new home! It's everything we've dreamed of and room I have no idea what to do with, and all at an reasonable price! A great problem to have! So thankful for Kortney and her kindness, love, and passion of helping others! Can't wait for all the new adventures in this neighborhood and the development, neighbors, and love it brings!

Our sales reps were very responsive to our questions and I did a really good job with following up. We had a few small things occur after closing a felt Empire did a great job with following through and helping out. They did not leave us hanging! Great company that builds great homes, highly recommend!

We didn't build at Fairway, but at Harper's Preserve with Empire. Their staff was amazing! Very professional and helpful. Anything we needed, they made sure was done. Their floor plans are BEAUTIFUL! We would highly recommend Empire homes when looking to build your home!
