        Start to finish extremely smooth transaction. Placed contract for a new build in August and moved in just before the New Year. Chad Smotek was awesome in sales and answered all of our questions through the process. Jim (Construction Manager) helped us through any architectural questions as well. Neighborhood is quiet and homey, not a ton of amenities, but for a homebody like myself it works perfectly. Only 10 minutes from shopping in Tomball. Home construction has been solid, not without a few minor issues; however, they were all promptly resolved.
