We found Lanier's Catering last minute when realizing we needed a crew lunch for a video production happening 45 minutes outside Houston. We almost cut corners and bought cold sandwiches to avoid any hassles, but a conversation with Joy made this the right choice. And we are thrilled she convinced us to use Lanier's. She helped us every step of the way: food options, price point, set up & removal issues. She patiently walked us through all our options and made it all so easy. And most importantly, the food was delicious! Hot (lasagna and a veggie pasta), cold (turkey and ham sliders), salad, and dessert (the cinnamon buns looked fantastic, but I ate too much strawberry cheesecake, so had no room left to try). Joy, and Lanier's, was truly a Joyful find.

Joy is a beautiful person to work with along with her staff. They provide professional service when working together a the food is very delicious with lots of flavor. Laniers Catering really came through for me. I spoke with Joy, the owner, throughout the process. I voiced my many concerns to her and she reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. She was correct, I should not have worried, becaused she did exactly what she stated. The food was delicious, the set up was great, the people were exceptional and the cleanup was perfect. I want you to know that all my guest loved her food. Their favorites were the dirty rice, lasagna casserole and surprisely, the cabbage and greens mix. Try them. I had 100 guests to attend my birthday party, so I received a lot of compliments about the food. That really made me feel good. Thank you Joy and the entire Lanier team. Your caterering skills helped my birthday party to become the success that it was! I will be forever grateful!
