        Great customer service. Nice people. Very competitive prices. Good quality work. Even diagnosed and fixed a problem with my windshield wipers that were broken....free of charge. This is my new go to place for auto repairs and oil changes. Changed from Caliber Auto Care to Accurate Auto Center. Much better customer service.

        Long wait for an inspection sticker.I was there a couple hours for a 20 minute inspection. I called and asked if I could make an appointment and was told they dont make appointments for inspection stickers. Probably should accept appointments to eliminate customers getting forgotten about and sitting in the waiting room for hours. Concerierge Automotive is just a few miles down the road on Spring- Cypress. Ask for Jim!!
