Line Camp Steakhouse

I made a reservation about a week early. The restaurant called on Thursday to confirm my reservation. When we showed up, they had lost our reservation and didn't have any tables inside. They seated us outside which wasn't too bad except it is February. We waited OVER an hour for our food and I said out loud that wataburger on the way home was sounding pretty damn good that our food finally showed up. The food was good, not great like I expected from Grady Spears. I would not recommend this poor service excuse of a restaurant.

We usually eat steaks & have a wonderful experience here about once a month. We ate here last night with a party of 4, and the steaks & side items all came out cold ..when we told the new manager, she was rude. When I called her out on her attitude, she acted like she superficially cared about our bad experience. The former manager Wade was wonderful, we always had wonderful food and experiences here prior to last night. I am worried this new manager will ruin other's dining experiences here. I hope Grady does something soon about this, because she is NOT representative of the type of atmosphere Grady would want for his restaurant.

My husband and I tried to make reservations and I thought since it was business hours they would for sure answer. No answer so we just showed up. We invited some friends and knew we would have a good time. The experience was a little different. There was no live music and our waitress seamed to be rushed and uninterested that we drove over an hour to Grady's. We later found out she was the manager? On the other hand the food came out in a timely manner and our steaks were delicious. We enjoyed our selves was just expecting it to be a little less chaotic . We will give Line Camp another try.

My wife and I have been to Line Camp several times. Every time, we have absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The food is some of the best I have ever had. I especially enjoyed the grits and the pork chops. The portion sizes are so large, you will almost certainly have enough left over for lunch the next day. They often have live music, which only makes things that much better. It is well worth the drive and the price. I highly recommend Line Camp to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing night out.
