I recommend Dr Jessica Glick, I find her very personable, helpful when answering questions, and patient when we ask questions. She is knowledgeable and has always been helpful when treating whatever ails us (my wife and I).

Dr. Aryanna Amini is EXCEPTIONAL! She was kind and patient and explained all avenues and options with me! She really cares about her patients and never rushes you out the room! The best doctor I have seen in a long long time! She helped me get answers other doctors couldn't give me.

The level of incompetence can not be measured low enough for this group. The office that is under the management of Memorial Herman MG at 2115 Rayford Rd #100, Spring, TX 77386, is rude, obnoxious and they don't care. The doctors that have to deal with this rudeness and incompetence, I feel for, having to work with them every day. They never answer the phones, they do not accept appointments in person, so don't stop by and ask to make one you'll be refused. when you're in the office the tone is condescending, borderline arrogant and unprofessional, they must find these medical assistants in prison hospitals, they have no manners it's like they are paying us for these services. Memorial Herman needs to reevaluate these people they put to serve the public and definitely fire every one of these insects before they get someone killed by their stupidity

I have been going to this doctor's office for a few years.  Ever since COVID-19 hit, they won't even see patients who are exhibiting any COVID-19-like symptoms.  It's not just them, and it's getting harder to receive medical treatment.I have spent the past two days trying to have my son with special needs looked at because he clearly has an ear infection and I wouldn't be surprised if it's a double ear infection. His doctor (who recently left this practice) knew that I knew when he had an infection and would call in meds for him without being seen.  Now, I can't even get a virtual visit.My son was scheduled for a 4pm virtual visit yesterday. Then I was informed that there was some sort of glitch and that appointment wasn't available. My son was rescheduled for a 2pm virtual visit today. I was instructed to log in via the link sent to me in my email 15 minutes ahead of time. Twenty minutes before 2pm, I got into my e-mail and found no e-mail from them. I began calling. Twice, the same person picked up, said they couldn't hear me, and hung up when I tried to explain that I hadn't received a link.  The third time, I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a representative and they then contacted the clinic who said they would send me a link (by now, it was 2:15). I got the link right away, but it was scheduled for 7:15pm. ??? I went ahead and accepted it. Then, I tried to get in just to make sure it would work.  It did. No one was there. Another e-mail came through changing the time to 2:15pm, so I got back into the Zoom and waited. Nobody came.I kept the Zoom on for 5 1/2 hours while I picked up my other son from school, made dinner, did dishes, changed adult diapers, etc. It's still on while I write this at nearly 8:00pm. Nobody ever came to the appointment. In the e-mail, I am the only one who ever accepted the appointment; there is no response from the doctor.After taking two days off of work (which I have 10 for the entire year), I still have 0 medicine for my 16 year old son with special needs who is getting agitated and taking it out on me. Who can blame him? He's feeling miserable. Basically, if you want a doctor's office that cares, follows-through, and values your time as much as they value their time, this is not it.
