        My wife and I were patients of Bret Cope. After every cleaning we too were billed for charges we were not aware of. Toward the end of our relationship with this office, we had to specifically state we only wanted cleaning (no extras) to avoid overcharges. The person who handles billing is very very rude to say the least. After trying to deal with her rudeness, and asking to speak with either Bret or Dixie (always with patients) and never returned any phone calls, we terminated doing business with them. Anytime an owner of a business refuses to listen to patients it is time to move on.
