Christopher Hatfield: Allstate Insurance

I have been more than satisfied! I have always had my needs met and everyone has always gone above and beyond. I really appreciated that try to get you as many discounts as they can find to save you even more money. That is something my old company didn’t do and it seemed that my rates were going up money and I had had 0 claims for over 20 years. My suggestion is to call and see what they can do. You never know. I was shocked at the money I would be able to save that my old company didn’t do. Great business and people. You won’t be disappointed!!

This agent is the reason I will be leaving all state unfortunately. The customer service was good here but I wasn't aware my payments was going to go up because the agent failed to tell mw there would be an increase and for that reason, I do not want to be with all state anymore
