Customer service here was great! Craig was really patient with my indecisiveness and went through all options with my wife and I. He was real with me, and helped me pick a plan and phone that was best for my budget and what I wanted for my first phone in 6 years. Thanks Craig!

We spent the last 3 hours at T-Mobile with Deandre and he helped us sort out a mess of lines on our account. He was very patient and helpful and explained every detail of the plan. He helped us save a lot of money each month! Fantastic customer service! This is my new store!!
