I have called this office several times, as well as the Dickinson TX office, the voice messages are full, no one has returned my call. The hours listed on the website must not be correct because the voice message states that the Dickinson office is open by appointment only and Texas City office is open Mon-Wed from 9AM-5PM. As a former Liberty Tax employee, I am appalled that this business is not functional at the second largest tax season of the year.

Spoke with a gentlemen whose name I believe is Mr. Vincent about taxes I had not filed the previous year and taxes that I had yet to file this year. I was concerned about all the penalties and scared that I would owe a substantial amount. He assured me everything would be okay and that he would go over everything in detail with me to show me exactly what had to be done and how much I would owe if anything at all. Came in today and he fixed everything! I owed a little from last year in which he was able to cut down on some things and actually got a refund for this year. Im so glad I made the "last" minute decision to go here. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring and FAST. Thank you for your awesome customer service. I will be back next year!
