        They started this new valet trash pick up (and made it mandatory at $20/month, and it has literally made the complex look trashy. All you see is trash cans and trash bags by everyones door. Then the nocturnal animals get into the trash and make a mess. Ive lived here for 7 years but Im on my last lease. I cant STAND all the damn trash around

        I'm very skeptical of 5 star reviews that only talk about the office staff and not the apartments themselves. I have a feeling they are not genuine. Either the staff made them up or "encouraged" people to say nice things. Sounds alot like the reviews of my current apartments, which suck btw.
