We looooove being right next to the park where our kids can play! There are also so many other kids here and they had so much fun at the pizza / pool party the property had. We just moved here a couple months ago and I can't speak to what is was like before, but it's been wonderful since we came! We're so happy with our new apartment and the location can't be beat. :D Happy resident here!

Savanna is the best manager I’ve ever encountered. She’s very helpful . This beautiful young lady has made a lot of changes around the apartments also makes living here so much better and easy .

Thank God for the new management! This place used to be terrible - windows broken out, roof leaks, maintenance would never come to fix anything. But then the past few months, everything has changed. The new maintenance guys really know what they are doing! They came really fast to fix my fan when it had an issue and my sink when it was leaking. It also seems like work is happening in the rest of the property too because new windows and A/Cs are being put in, I saw some new coverings over some of the patios (hope we can transfer to that unit!), and I keep seeing more and more things being fixed up. We were actually starting to look at other places to live, but now I think we'll stay. It's nice being next to the park where our kids can plan and it's very quiet and peaceful here. We're so glad the new management has made this place much better.

I've lived here since 12/2020 and they have changed 3 management's so far and this management isn't any better, I do not see them lasting either! DO NOT MOVE HERE it is roach infested and only sprayed for pests ONE time, they never have AC filters to give. If you have an emergency such as your AC going out THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE ON SITE like most decent apartments. My lights hv gone out 3times with no explanation as to why and never changed out breakers so I'm sure it will happen again. My AC is out currently and still no word as to when someone is coming out to look at it AND I have a 5yr old son. I regret even moving here but I'm a single mother, I will not renew my lease once it's up. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!! They deserve no stars at all.
