Ive visited the Texarkana location several times in the past few months, usually the exceptional parts department, for new parts for my eight year old D140 lawn tractor. They have always been friendly, helpful and had what I needed. Last weekend the parts department routed me to the service department to address a question I had. Brandon in the service department took 15 to 20 minutes to listen to my issue and direct me away from my initial repair ideas to a much simpler and cost effective repair I could do myself. The repair worked exactly as he said it would. EXCELLENT service!!! Thanks Brandon !!! Ill be a long time customer based on the quality service I get from everyone at United AG and Turf Texarkana.
