Cornerstone Retirement Community

My family had to have ongoing conversations regarding providing basic hygiene, following appropriate dietary restrictions, and an incident where my mother was not picked up from an appointment until after midnight. It looks nice in the front...but the skilled care is another story all together. Watch your people carefully! P.S. We spoke to Steve, Aldin, your wound care nurse....but it did not help my mother's level of care. I think it was just a lack of caring. You can't fix that.

This is a wonderful and beautiful place. Everyone is so kind and compassionate! MRC Cornerstone has blessed our family. We thank God for them!

My mom moved in about 3 years ago. She had lost a lot of weight and was very confused. After being here for 3 years she has put her weight back on and is sooo happy. She constantly tells me how they take good care of her. She is involved in activities and she has friends that check on her. I am able to attend activities, church and some meals with her. She still has problems with her memory and I feel like it will continue to decline but I know there are people checking on her and will let me know when its time to do something different. Cornerstone offers all levels of health needs.

Ive been living at Cornerstone for almost ten years. I cant imagine a better decision that a senior citizen could make than to move here. The facilities are outstanding; the staff are well-trained, caring, and we love them almost like family; all three meals each day provide nutrients and sweet fellowship; we have a variety of entertainment and activities designed to interest a variety of residents; resident-led activities (Bible study, jewelry making, chorus, group sing-a-longs, needlework, games, etc) give us all a chance to continue with productive lives. We welcome all comers. We promise to greet you enthusiastically.
