Please consider SWBC when looking for a company to finance your new home or refinancing one. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a mortgage company and I've financed several over the years. Jason Cree and his staff are on top of everything. This was the quickest and easiest closing process I ever experienced. I will say, I was on top of their request as the buyer as this is vital too. I didn't have to worry over anything. Jason and I stayed in communication which was so refreshing. You will not regret using this company. They are top notch.
