Didn't Even Make it to the appointment. Scheduled the appointment for my husband when I spoke to the first lady that scheduled the appointment she was very nice I explained to her that I wasn't sure what the insurance number was. but that I would bring in the paperwork the day of the appointment. Today I get a missed call from the clinic asking for a call back with the insurance information. I called and spoke to Michelle and she was very rude. I explained what I explained to the original person I spoke to and she told me to calm down. I don't know how much more calm I could of been seeing as I wasn't upset and speaking in a normal tone. I had my husband call back since he had the insurance card on him and she was very rude to him as well cut him off as he was speaking and then hung up on him after he provided her with the information. It Immediately gave red flags. So I canceled the appointment and will find a different Dr for him. Its a shame that you have someone at this facility that clearly does not enjoy her job or want to be there.
