        I had a surgical tooth removal yesterday at Austin Oral Surgery in Temlpe , Tx . I was a very anxious patient but Dr Cain and his staff were gracious during the entire process before and after surgery. I got a sweet follow up call and also called later with a concern and they gave great advice. My procedure was a success with little to no discomfort or downtime. I highly recommend Dr. Cain and his staff for any oral surgery need.

        Dr. Cain is the surgeon in the Temple office.. He and his staff are phenomenal. Dr. Cain took me as a walk-in for an emergency extraction and did the extraction during lunch! I have severe allergies, and the Dr. + Staff went the extra mile to keep me at ease and follow the allergy treatment protocol!! The price was very reasonable! I also witnessed the office staff bend over backward to accommodate other patients with insurance and fees (after providing care). The surgeon is a veteran! THANK YOU

        Went there for wisdom tooth(s) removal for my spouse. The billing team messed up with insurance and didnt do thorough job while coming up with the plan. It resulted in services not covered in insurance but the plan created before treatment communicated otherwise. When questioned the blame game started between billing, front desk and insurance. In final am the one that is blamed and paying for their mistakes.
