Motel 6

Smelly old halls, thin blankets, a slow flushing toilet that almost overflooded, ( I asked for a plunger and they gave it to me), and I didn't know it, but I pre-paid for higher price $75, but was given a discount upon arrival, (I found this out when I was adding a day, the cheaper price was voided), the door wouldn't stay locked and opened on red and green with the key card. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety, overall an over priced basic stay. This should have been a $50 stay not $75. It's as if they are just doing good enough to stay in business if you really want my opinion. They need to do some serious updates to this place.

This place is a disaster. Our bathroom sink was broke all to pieces and they had put it back together with silicone. Needless to say it didn't hold water. The water never got hot enough to shower. It smelled strange in the hallways. When the elevator did work it smelt of burnt hydraulic fluid. Only reason they got a 2 was there were no roaches.

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was okay.

Gross. Broken elevator, holes in the couch, bleach stains on the blanket, holes and stains in the carpet, couldn't tell you WHAT was smeared on the headboard, cracked sinks (yes both), toilet barely flushed, wouldn't stand in the bathtub for fear of catching something, all around horrible maintenance and guests fighting in the hallway all day. The front desk says they're going through renovations, funny that wasn't mentioned till now. The front desk girl was super nice though and did her best for us. That was the only good thing about this place. Front desk switched our room, a little better but the toilet seat has a whole that was refilled with something, the bowl is cracked, there's mold in the shower, and the room is soooo muggy!
