My daughter's robotic team recently stayed at this location as a result of budget constraints within their program. Unfortunately, during their stay, my daughter's class ring was reported missing from her room. It appears that theft may be the cause, as she promptly notified staff upon realizing it was left in her bed, but no action was taken. A police report has been filed, and we intend to explore all avenues to locate the ring, as its value extends beyond monetary considerations. While Tasha provided assistance, I must express disappointment in the lack of attention shown by the general manager in addressing this matter.

Good hotel but I had an issue and trying to get a hold of management (over the phone and in person) and resolve my issue tooks weeks

Place is dirty and the lobby feels like it's 100 degrees, the exercise room feels like it's 15 degrees higher than that... The exercise room is probably the worst I've ever seen in all my travels. The tvs are stuck on Spanish mode for some reason so 90% of the channels are supposed to be in English but somehow they're in Spanish or for the seeing impaired. The wifi doesn't work worth a damn and isn't even worth connecting to. The door to our room doesn't close unless you slam it MULTIPLE times as hard as you can (seriously). This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Nowhere near worth the price. There's better options literally across the street for MUCH cheaper. 0/5 would NEVER come here again
