Nancy is very helpful and patient with someone like me who is new to the world of medical equipment. She took the time to explain the timelines and insurance to me. Unfortunately, even with four insurances, they only go through the primary, doesn't make sense to me that I'd have to pay anything with four insurances including Medicare and Tricare, but will do more research. They have to follow guidelines and policy. The company has been very helpful in orienting me to this confusion and with the appropriate gear.

Been using Professional Medical for many years. They have always been courteous, reliable, responsive and honest. However all things have an ability to change in life. The last thing I need to deal with while caring for an elderly ill family member is someone with an attitude. One person is all it takes if they're dealing with the public.
