The place in Covington Texas is ridiculous you can't break a hundred dollar bill on and take this a pack of jobs 257 when on the pack there 99cents with tax 1.07 everywhere else but here at this location price gouging etc the staff is fine and great y'all's rules and enforcements makes no sense since ur a truck stop I repeat the staff here is amazingly good people but the rules the company has set forth to products and using currency like cash because what y'all r enforcing them to have in the drawer is ridiculously wrong being a truck stop .

I entered the store on Pace Blvd in Pensacola, Florida, today. There was one lady at the deli that I had never saw there with a very bad attitude. I wanted to order some tenders while on lunch break. She had her back turned while cooking tenders and chicken on a stick. She was the only one there. At first, I thought she did not see me when she looked back, but it became obvious to me she did not want to help me. I had been waiting patiently for her service. Never happened! She looked right at me in walked to the other side of the back of the deli without acknowledging me. Right when I turned to walk off, she acknowledged the gentlemen that came up at least 6 minutes later. Then, I had to go to the young ladies at the cash register to get served by one those nice young ladies. The young lady approached, the lady in the deli. She didn't give her a reason; she didn't want to serve me. I was just patiently waiting for my order at the time. How rude? she had the audacity to ask me was I in a hurry? I didn't give her the satisfaction in saying yes. Your store doesn't need an ungrateful bitch like her in your store. If she doesn't like her job, she needs to find another one. I have been coming in your store almost every day, since opening. n Never have I been mistreated by any of your employees; until today. I'm assuming she may be new.

I stopped at the Cefco location located at 616 Lake Air Drive in Waco at 11:29 this morning. This has got to be the MOST DISGUSTING convenience store that I have visited, especially with the CEFCO name on its door! It was absolutely APPALLING and FILTHY! There were no condiments for coffe and EVERYTHING was filthy. Not like it had Justine through a busy time, but, TRULY filthy and not having been cleaned in a very LONG time If I were a health inspector, I would have shut the place down. The entrance door had plywood over it. It is possible that it had been robbed, but, that is NO excuse. This company has a very large amazing of stores and there is NO reason that the door was not repaired IMMEDIATELY. I will never go to this station again. It was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS.
