        They only rent equipment locally, but it doesn't say that on their website. Wouldn't rent to me

        Was going to rent a trencher. Then read the latest review about a trencher, and saw the company likes to respond to reviews by blaming the customer for their poor service and equipment. Been there with these guys before. And their bad service, and old unmaintained equipment. Your rude and unprofessional replies to reviews isn't helping you either. There are MANY other equipment rental businesses around here. That's where I'll be going. Can't trust customer service here or the equipment . With all due respect....you're the problem with your business!
