Sasu Sushi Bar & Grill

Thks place has been shut down and another restaurant has come in and taken their place. The new restaurant has been open for almost 4 years, yet this listing says Sasu is open. They are CLOSED, PERMANENTLY!

Great place! Food is excellent! The only feedback is they need a larger restaurant, it's too small and crowded.

I've always had great experiences with Sasu. It's a convenient, well-priced sushi option that continues to impress.

All previous comments are true. Been here for 15 min, only two more tables are occupied and we still haven't got our drinks. (Finally when the food came its so so )

My friend bought the Groupon they had and we decided to try it despite the bad reviews. I've eaten at places that had so-so reviews and ended up getting pretty good food. So, why not? It's a very tiny place. Probably not any bigger than living rooms in the houses of New Territory. The tables are a nice size at least. Big enough to put my baby and his carseat on the table and eat with my friend. The Groupon stated we could get 2 Specialty rolls, a hand roll or warm roll and some other roll. We gave our order of drinks and they came pretty fast. We were told to flag down the waiter to make an order since we weren't ready. I tried but they were walking around to other table a lot. We finally ordered and waited for our food...and waited....and waited. We probably waited 20-25 min and finally got our food. We weren't given any ginger. I tried to flag someone down but they went right past be several times. I got their attention and got the ginger right away. The food was so-so. The rolls are pretty small to medium and the taste? Eh... My friend drank her glass of tea and the waitress brought a glass of water to replace it. Apparently, tea is too expensive to them and they won't refill it with the Groupon. Cheap! I ordered a dessert and waited about 10 min for it. I asked for my ticket and had to bring it to them so we could get out. I think we were there for about an hour. If you just want to fill your stomach with sub-par food and need to waste some time, go here because it will take forever to get your food. If you want better flavor and better food all around with better service, drive a little further to either Sushi Hana on Mason Rd. or Grand Parkway. It's worth the little drive.
