My family and I were very stressed out because we were looking for an insurance to cover out our home which we just recently have bought. But we were trying as everybody does to get the most out of our money as we could because we do not have that much available. Lucky for us after going with a few companies, we were referred to JASON THOMAS ALLSTATE INSURANCE and moreover having the fortune to ending up in the hands of ANDREINA FIGUEROA to take care of our insurance issues. It was a nice and pleasant experience to work with her because she got us the best and least price with the most coverage that we might possible have that we could not refuse it. She showed up her proffesionalism, integrity, experience, honesty, knowledge and enthusiasm to do things right to comply not only with the standards of the company she works for but also with our needs, the customers. It is surprising the great results we can obtaine when we found agents like Andreina Figueroa who are determined to go the extra mile to get customer satisfaction. We had already a car insurance but we cancelled it from the company which we had been for more than ten years and moved it with Jason Thomas Allstate Insurance and Andreina got us a better deal and more coverage, too. My family and I, thanks Andreina for a job well done and for bringing peace to our state of minds with our new insurances. That is why, we deffinetely recommend Jason Thomas Allstate Insurance for your homes and cars . WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING I WROTE THAT REVIEW A YEAR AGO BUT NOW FOR OUR RENEWAL THINGS HAVE CHANGED COMPLETELY ... TODAY'S DATE 07 - 04 - 2020 . ALL THE ASSOCIATES FROM JASON THOMAS AGENCY WHO WE TALKED TO BECAUSE OF SOME CHANGES MADE ON THE CAR POLICY THEY WERE GIVING US DIFFERENT PRICES AND LATER ON WE RECEIVED THE STATEMENT WITH THE HIGHEST PRICE. WE EMAIL AND TALKED TO MR JASON THOMAS WHO PROMISED TO LOOK INTO IT AND WOULD GET BACK TO US BUT HE NEVER DID BECAUSE HE ALSO DID NOT CARE ABOUT OUR CONCERNS NEITHER TO CLARIFY OUR DOUBTS ABOUT THE INCREASE AND WHY RAISING UP THE PAYMENTS OF BOTH POLICIES ( INCREASING THE PAYMENTS ON OUR POLICIES, HOUSE AND AUTOMOBILES ) HAVING US WITH NO TIME AT ALL TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY. WE ARE COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES WITH THIS REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WE WENT THRU MADE US FELT THAT THEY DO NOT WANT NEITHER THEY CARE ABOUT HAVING OUR BUSINESS . SO WE DEFINITELY DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND ALLSTATE JASON THOMAS AGENCY FOR YOUR INSURANCES OF ANY KIND. SOME OTHER COMPANYS MAY STILL CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT NOT THIS ONE. Allstate is fantastic! Erika was so helpful in the process of getting car insurance for my new car. I am also loving the drive wise system! I appreciate that Allstate cares about safe driving, as it is an important aspect to driving!

We have no problems with them. Any time we call and need something they take care of it right away. Not sure how long we have been with them but plan on staying until the end.
