I've been working with the people here over a decade now, but the service has always been excellent. Communication from them is impeccable and everything easily handled. I don't think I've ever been on the phone with them longer than 15 minutes to get something done. Questions are always answered thoroughly. I felt compelled to write this if but only to say thank you. Life is chaotic, and when you're in an accident or dealing with difficult people, it genuinely helps working with a team who are knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. It's the sort of thing that turns someone from a happy customer to an advocate for your business, which I'm happy to be.

I started my car policy with Mr. Adams, he saved my family and I a great deal of money and provided us a great amount of coverage. Over the years hes earned my home policy and life insurance. He takes great pride in what he does and doesnt treat you like a number. Mr. Adams and his staff get to know you on a personal level. I would highly recommend Mr. Adams for your insurance needs.
