Shiva Indian Restaurant

Food was good in previous visits... this time (06-19-16) we didnt get a chance to try it. The google listing says they open at 11AM. The sign on the door says 11.30AM. So we waited... kids were slowly getting impatient. The door remained locked till 11.43AM with no explanation by staff who were moving around inside the place, we gave up and walked back to our car.

Poor service...We usually have wonderful buffet lunch experiences. but we ordered take out this evening and after getting home we found the order was wrong. We ordered three entrees, two rice and instead we got two entrees three rice. Not a big deal except we didnt have enough entree food to feed the family comfortably and each entree was more than $10. Being so far away we called to tell them they screwed up but the hostess on the phone said we were the ones that were mistaken. We were wrong, guess the customer really isnt always right. We will patronize Bombay Grill in pecan grove, richmond instead of Shivas again. I suggest you give them a try too.

Pretty good lunch buffet for a good price. Naan is great. They ran out of dessert and the food was warm but not hot.

Food is not tasty... Biryani is one of the worse... Same with garlic naan... Great location with untasteful food.... What a shame....
