        As a colleague, Lisa refers many of her clients to me to practice breath work, body awareness, and self-soothing techniques in conjunction with the often difficult work of doing therapy. Her clients tell me repeatedly that Lisa is the only therapist who has been able to help them and how EMDR changed their entire outlook on life. She is compassionate and empathetic and makes her clients feel safe and heard.
