My experience was awesome!!!! Damyon was GREAT and he help make everything with getting my new phone easy and fast!!! I am enjoying my new NOTE 4!

I dislike having to deal with cell phone service providers and especially their representatives, but Damyon has restored my faith in the system. He went above and beyond my expectations. My wife and I came in an hour before closing to pickup our new phones and setup our new service; 2 hours later Damyon was still happily helping me transfer all of my pictures and contacts to my new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and overcame all the problems my old phone presented. Damyon made a bad situation bearable and proved to be a true asset to Verizon. I must say, so far I'm happy to be a Verizon customer.
