Vick Construction & Remodeling, Inc. transformed our dark and outdated guest bathroom into a new bright space featuring clean, modern lines. The job involved a complete demo of the original bathroom and the addition of a Pella window to illuminate the bathroom and the adjacent hallway with natural light. New drywall, tile, plumbing, cabinets, lighting and painting give a spacious and airy feel to a previously cramped and dreary space. Additionally, we added a Pella window to our powder room off the same hallway and the transformation there is dramatic as well. We knew immediately after our first meeting with Kevin Vick that he understood our vision and wanted us to be happy with the outcome. And he really worked to make that happen. He quickly came up with ideas and plans to make our dream bathroom a reality, and introduced us to all the suppliers (at the same time and ON time) that would be involved in the project. Kevin and his team initiated a high and consistent level of communication with us and were always cheerfully responsive to any request. Kevin’s office manager, Becky, was on top of the ordering process and she managed all the materials from the start. There were several times during the renovation that we were out of town, but we never worried about work continuing in our absence thanks to Kevin’s foreman, Frank, and his crew. We felt complete confidence in the team and knew we could trust them in our home and to continue the same high level of workmanship in our absence. We were very pleased with our interactions with all the sub-contractors that we met on this project, who showed the same commitment to detail and respect for our property as Kevin’s team did. Everyone kept the job site clean and all the demo trash was hauled away promptly every day. The remodel was completed well within the specified timeframe and cost projection, and included several additional items that we added on after the project had started. Even down to the final walk-through and punch list, Kevin stayed with us and responded quickly to several small details with the same cheerful follow-through and attention to what we cared about. In addition the billing process was simple, transparent, and painless. We plan to use Vick Construction & Remodeling again soon for our master bathroom remodel. If you are looking for quality design, attention to detail, honesty and integrity, and superior customer service I would not hesitate to recommend Vick Construction & Remodeling, Inc.

Small, bathroom remodel that had to be done in a short amount of time. Cleanest demolition I’ve ever experienced. Timely and professional service and quick responses to any questions or issues that cropped up. We will be contacting them for another project in the near future. Would highly recommend this company !
