We met friends at this location, we all paid separately but because we were sitting together they processed a mandatory large party service charge!
This is not a sit down restaurant where they are actually serving you. You place an order at the counter and they give you a numberits ridiculous to force a service charge on 3 separate tickets because we are sitting together. Not to mention the service wasnt that great. The orders came out separate even though they insisted on giving all 3 of us the same number.
We will be sticking to the Rice Village location because we were NOT impressed with this Sugar Lands customer service.
(I would like to add we wouldve tipped and probably more than we were forced to pay but to sneak that extra charge in each order seems shady and just left a bad taste in our mouth)
