I have been a client of Cindy Shelton, CPA for a few years now. She and her staff are punctual, and have great communication and are very professional. I am a procrastinator when it comes to getting my information to her office for taxes and they are always calling me and emailing me to remind me to not miss the deadlines. She also provides tax return services for a couple of the companies I am associated with and is always on top of what needs to be done.

We started working with Cindy a few years ago because we were having issues with our current CPA. We just were not happy with the level of communication. We asked her to review a tax year that we had thrown together and submitted. When she did, she ended up saving us thousands. Needless to say we were pleased. She has also been a great resource for my medical practice. We are very pleased.

I called to ask for some tax advice. I initially did not receive a call back. So I called back the next day and I was told by the person answering the phone that Ms. Shelton did not provide advice to people who were not clients and then told me she had a CLIENT on the other line and did not have time to talk to me. She did not attempt to give me information about how to become a client or possibly schedule an appointment and promptly hung up on me.
